The first group of believers were all Torah compliant Jews who never imagined that they had converted to Christianity. (The first Gentile Bishop to establish the earliest form of Christianity was Ignatius of Antioch, Syria around 100 A.D.)
These believers were scattered following the stoning of Stephen in Acts 7:58-60. “Now they which were scattered abroad upon the persecution that arose about Stephen travelled as far as Phenice, and Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to none but the Jews only.” (Acts 11:19)
The Gospel of the Kingdom of God did go: “FIRST TO THE JEWS”.
