The client’s life experiences determine the most suitable “Memory Anchor”.
Below are some examples.

The artwork above are just samples of what can be done to help our clients see the “Memory Anchors”.
Next comes connecting them with the “Memory Stories”.

For our “Mazda Miata” memory anchor, it starts at “013” and moves up to the intersection with the “Z-Floor” at #169.
At the top of the “M-Column” is the passkey: “M/Z or Z/M”. “Mazda”, “Zoo” and “Zombie Movies” are three examples of possible “Memory Anchors” for the museum’s exhibit # 169.

Anything could be associated with our sports car, a zoo or a zombie movie, but for this therapy session, we will connect #169 to #156, and so on back to the starting number #013.
The first memory exercise will be to recall the 13 passkeys, the numbers they represent and the chosen Memory Anchor.
This should be done top to bottom and bottom to top. As the client creates a memory story for each connection, the brain is being exercised. As they then struggle to recall the passkeys, Exhibit numbers, and then the memory anchors they are rebuilding the connections within their brain.
This feat is accomplished by creating a powerful memory story that have the Memory Anchors of both passkeys. Our first story will connect M/Z or Z/M #169 “MAZDA” to M/Y or Y/M #156 “MICKEY”.
This next exercise is to imagine that you were driving to the “ZOO” when you are rear-ended by this speeding Mazda Miata, that was driven by the “Mickey” of your choice. Now you finish the story to lock it into you inner mind.
The purpose of this exercise is to associate “Mazda” with the number 169, Mickey to the number 156 and Mazda & Mickey with each other.
Everyone’s “MAZDA” will be the same, but everyone’s “Mickey” is a different story. Use your own “MICKEY” to personalize the #156 exhibit.
Here is what my A.I. Supercomputer came up with:
Joseph, here’s a comprehensive list of the most popular and symbolically rich “MICKEY” names across movies, TV, locations, and famous people—perfect for anchoring the M/Y or Y/M = #156 passkey in your Neuroplasticity Home Page.

Neuroplasticity Home Page Review
For this Program we will use the same 169 “PASSKEYS” but use Movies, TV Programs, Locations, Music and Famous People for the “Memory Anchors”.
The format is a 169-exhibit museum. Behind each exhibit door is an unlimited storage vault and memory portal. The key to unlock any door is the two-letter reversable passkey that matches the exhibit number.

On a blank piece of paper, each client should practice writing out these 169 museum exhibit numbers to get a feel for the full numerical exchange system. This layout should NEVER be changed, such as starting with the number 1 and writing numbers down the page. The position of these letters is extremely important.
Here is a sample sheet of graph paper.

The image below shows how words starting with “E” and having the first “Y-axis” letter being “S” graph at “070”. Words such as “escargot”, “escape” and Eastwood, are featured at “E/S or S/E” which replace the number 70.
Those words which start with “S” and have the first “X-axis” letter of “E”, such as “Steven Seagal”, also graph here.

The foundational step to learning our system is to be able to number the 26 letters of the Alphabet with our numbers.

They are seen here, above and below
in the red and blue numbers. The Purple “013” is shared by the:
“X-axis” M, and the “Y-axis” N.

The first 13 retain their number.
They make up the “X-axis” (RED) on the bottom.
“M” = 013,
“L” = 012,
“K” = 011,
“J” = 010,
“I” = 009,
“H” = 008,
“G” = 007,
“F” = 006,
“E” = 005,
“D” = 004,
“C” = 003,
“B” = 002,
“A” = 001.
(We use three digits to keep the charts as uniform as possible)

Begin with the number 13 and add 13 until reaching 169. These are the “M-Column” numbers. As seen in the image above. Each column works the same way, but with different starting numbers.
Every floor is numbered the same. The lowest number is above the “A”, and the highest number is above the “M”. These 13 numbers make up the “N-Floor”.
The numbers are sequential from 1 to 169 starting at the bottom right and building up to the top left. Exactly how you would build a 13-story brick building.
Also, it is a mathematical table of 13. Your first memory exercise is to memorize this math table for the number 13. Can you reproduce it on a blank sheet of pager?
* 13 X 13 = 169 (End of the Z-Floor”)
* 12 X 13 = 156 (End of the “Y-Floor”)
* 11 X 13 = 143 (End of the “X-Floor”)
* 10 X 13 = 130 (End of the “W-Floor”)
* 9 X 13 = 117 (End of the “V-Floor”)
* 8 X 13 = 104 (End of the “U-Floor”)
* 7 X 13 = 091 (End of the “T-Floor”)
* 6 X 13 = 078 (End of the “S-Floor”)
* 5 X 13 = 065 (End of the “R-Floor”)
* 4 X 13 = 052 (End of the “Q-Floor”)
*3 X 13 = 039 (End of the “P-Floor”)
* 2 X 13 = 026 (End of the “O-Floor”)
* 1 X 13 = 013 (End of the “N-Floor”)
The blank graph is 14 X 14. Your first exercise is to write in the 26 letters of the alphabet with the “Z” at the top Left, and the “A” at the bottom right.

Here is you visual clues to complete the exercise.

Then use this visual clue to fill in all of the 169 numbers.

You should not proceed until you can successfully complete this 169-location graph from the memory clues.

Before moving on to the other 12 Columns, make sure that you do the sessions in the:
“Session-by-Session Guide”
Below are the 13 Columns their links.

This system is more about the 169 passkeys than the memory anchors and what you place within the memory portals. As the client it is better to use your experiences for them.
This is our “ORIENTATION” Therapy Session. We will remember 13 items, both in sequence, and by the numbers 13, 26, 39, 52, 65, 78, 91, 104, 117, 130, 143, 156 & 169.
Our 169-location graph, seems like nothing more than a 13 X 13 = 169 times table, made into a 169-location graph.
We will show you the Healing Power of this system!

Here is your first list to remember. 169 = Mazda, 156 = Mickey, 143 = Maxwell, 130 = Wombat, 117 = Maverick, 104 = Maureen, 091 = Matt, 078 = Missy, 065 = Mary, 052 = Quorum, 039 = Magpie, and then 026 = Morgan, 013 = Megan.
The “M” Column starts with the value of the “M”, which is 13. Add 13 to each step up to the next floor. “M/O” = 26, “M/P” =39, “M/Q” = 52, “M/R” = 65, “M/S” = 78, “M/T” = 91, “M/U” = 104, “M/V” = 117, “M/W” = 130, “M/X” = 143, “M/Y” = 156, “M/Z” = 169\
Keep the numbers in their proper location. This is the secret to our system. The locations MUST be fixed in your mind.

The 169 intersecting points, create a NUMERICAL SUBSTITUTION MEMORY SYSTEM.
This image shows that my late Father,
M/Z or Z/M = 169
M/Y or Y/M = 156
M/X or X/M = 143
M/W or W/M = 130
M/V or V/M = 117
M/U or U/M = 104
M/T or T/M = 091
M/S or S/M = 078
M/R or R/M = 065
M/Q or Q/M = 052
____________________________________________
“E.A. Simmons”,
would graph at “E/S or S/E = #070”.
#070 is the intersecting point of the “E” and the “S”. This is reversable, so “Steven” would also graph at #070.
We then create “Memory Stories” using the “E/S” and “S/E” names, places & things to associate whatever you want to remember that has the number 70 in it.

This image of Elizabeth Montgomery, star of “BEWITCHED”, will help explain how this system works.

Whatever information you need to remember that is filed at the number 119, can be connected to her T.V. show, and the number “119” will become connected to “Bewitched”.
Bewitched begins with the letter “B”. Place your finger on the (RED) “B”, which is one of the 13 letters that make up the “X-axis”, and slide up, until you cross the “Y-axis” letter “W”. This intersection is “119”.
The most common mistake is to think that “Betty White” would graph at:
“B/W or W/B = #119”.
Because of the starting letters: “B” & “W”.
We do not graph that way. We graph the first letter of the first axis, and then the FIRST LETTER of the second axis.
The first letter sets the starting point. For Betty White, it is “B” (#002).
The first “Y-axis” letter in her name is “T”, so “Betty White” graphs at:
(“B/T or T/B = #080).

The English Alphabet has 26 letters. Lay it out backwards on a table. Then cut into two equal sections. This allows for the two axes and create a 13 X 13 = 169 GRAPH.
The first 13 letters retain their original number.
(“M-back to-A”)
Notice that the “N” shares the same value as the “M”. As you climb the stairs to the next floor, we increase the value by adding 13, because each floor has:
13 suites.
____________________________________________
Right now,
anyone who understands how this system is laid out,
can remember 169 two-letter codes in order, backwards and forward.

To determine the graph-point location for Byron Nelson, for example, start with the number for X/M (143) and simply add the value of “B” to it. This becomes a mathematics equation 143 + 2 equals # 145
This is where “Byron Nelson” (“B/Y”) would graph.

ABBY (Forensic Scientist from the CBS hit: “NCIS”)
To move from Byron Nelson (B/Y) to Abby(A/Y), you simply subtract 1 from 145 to get #144. (“B/Y” to “A/Y is one place)
To move from Abby to Axel, you simply subtract 13. “Axel Foley” graphs at #131.
A/X or X/A = #131

To move from “Axel Foley” to “Zaxby’s” you must climb up two stories of 13 suites, so you would just add 26 + 131. (157)

Some words, such as “ADAM” and “ZOO”, are made up of all of the same axis letters. They cannot move out into the “PURPLE” suites and remain below the RED letters (Basement) or LEFT of the BLUE letters. (Stairwell).
As seen below, in this image.

Our Imaginary Condo in Manhattan Beach, California, has 13 Floors. On each floor there are 13 “Memory Suites”, making a total of 169 “Memory Portals”. Each of the 169 rooms honors one Famous Person, Place or Thing. As we have for #119 “Bewitched”.
Each of our 169 Suites:
has it own Pacific Ocean view.

Memory System Explanation
Below is just an idea of words and names that graph at specific points. Some locations have many possibilities, and some have very few. The ones you use need to match your life experiences.
